Just returned from a 14 day cruise with Emerald. Although I would not recommend this line, I would recommend Michelle Hiltabrand. Any time I had a question or a problem, she handled my concerns quickly and professionally. She called me to see how my trip was once I had returned and to find out more about this line in order to help her other clients. I am planning to take my entire family on a cruise soon and look forward to working with Michelle on this project. I have complete confidence that all will be handled exactly as I want and I will get the best price possible.

Both my wife and I have know Denise and Mike for about six years. They have arranged three boat tours for us one bus tour and two on your own or semi guided tours. All six of our tours have been excellent and the people we needed to interface with on the trips have also been excellent and understanding. In each case there seemed to be issues come up and both Mike and Denise jumped in and worked with the travel companies or boat companies or the bus companies to make things more than right.
They have always watched out for us, know a great deal about travel and have many contacts at their disposal. This has proved to be a great advantage, especially when you are looking for excursions. They have time and time again given me the sense of comfort that we are being taken care of.
They are also aware on costs and seek to do the best they can in providing options where they can to keep travel cost in our favor. This has been especially true with regard to airline fares.
In summary, we will continue to use them for all our travel needs and have no problem in recommending them without any hesitation for anyone's needs. After dealing with them for almost six year, we now consider them as trusted and true friends that are more than willing to help.
